Rick Patry is a Journey Certified Powerline Technician with an Inter Provincial Red Seal Endorsement (RSE) over 40 years of experience, 20 years of Project Management, and transmission plant and substation inspection. Rick has over 40 years of experience building, commissioning, maintaining and inspecting power systems, working with the major power producing companies such as Alberta Power and ATCO Electric.

He has spent the past 15 years as the acceptance office on major transmission projects for ATCO Transmission. Rick retired from ATCO in 2015 and he immediately to up a position with Valard Construction, working with their operations team in an operating agreement with a major Transmission Facility Owners (TFOs) in Alberta.
